Rules and Regulations of the Zatorland Park
The safety of our guests is our priority, therefore we ask visitors to read these Rules and Regulations before purchasing an admission ticket and to comply with them. Admission to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of the Rules and Regulations.
WELCOME!
You are about to enjoy many hours of unforgettable experiences. However, it is important to remember to behave in accordance with generally accepted safety rules while having fun. This means, above all, not endangering your own health or that of others, and behaving courteously towards other visitors to the Park. The safety of visitors to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park is our top priority. You can support our efforts in this regard by complying with the provisions of these Rules and Regulations for the use of the Park and parking spaces, which constitute the contractual basis for the use of the ZATORLAND Amusement Park.
PARKING
Parking at ZATORLAND Amusement Park is paid and unguarded. The entrance barrier lifts automatically, and the entrance gate does not issue an entry ticket. Parking must be paid for and a parking ticket must be collected from the parking meter located in front of the main entrance to the park or at the ticket offices. The first 15 minutes of parking from the moment of entry are free of charge. The fee charged applies to parking on a given day until the vehicle leaves the car park. Leaving the car park and returning to it on the same day requires payment of another parking fee. The regulations and road signs of the Polish Traffic Code apply in our car park. In order to ensure collision-free traffic, vehicle users are required to follow the instructions of the car park staff. Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Vehicles left in unauthorized places, causing traffic obstructions, will be removed at the owner’s expense and risk. Before leaving the vehicle, the user is required to check that the doors, trunk, windows, and sunroof are closed and that no valuable items have been left inside the vehicle. Leaving animals in the vehicle in the parking lot is prohibited. It is also forbidden to leave flammable materials in vehicles in the parking lot, e.g. lighters, which may be a source of ignition in the event of the vehicle heating up or overheating. ZATORLAND Amusement Park is not liable for any damage to vehicles left in its parking lot, including theft, damage to the vehicle by third parties, etc. This also applies to damage caused by force majeure, such as storms, fires, hailstorms, explosions, etc., and other unforeseen events. The exclusion of the right to compensation does not apply to damage caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of ZATORLAND Amusement Park employees. Claims for compensation will only be accepted if the damage is reported to the Park office staff before leaving the Park on the day the damage occurred.
PRICES
Admission to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park is only possible through designated entrances, upon presentation of a valid admission ticket. A one-day ticket is a wristband fastened to the wrist (checked at the entrance gates to individual parks and the amusement park). An unfastened wristband is invalid and does not entitle its holder to enter any of the theme parks or the amusement park. The wristband can only be used by one person. It is forbidden to transfer the wristband to another person. Damage or removal of the wristband will result in the admission ticket becoming invalid.
A two-day ticket is a wristband fastened to the wrist (checked at the entrance gates to individual parks and the amusement park). An unfastened wristband is invalid and does not entitle its holder to enter any of the theme parks or amusement parks. The wristband may only be used by one person. It is forbidden to transfer the wristband to another person. Damage to or removal of the wristband will result in the admission ticket becoming invalid. A two-day ticket entitles the holder to a two-day (consecutive days) stay at the ZATORLAND Amusement Park and to use its attractions. Failure to use the admission ticket on two consecutive days does not constitute grounds for any claims.
A season pass is a personal card issued at the Park’s ticket offices on the basis of a season pass voucher purchased online or a personal card purchased directly at the ticket offices on site. A personal card entitles its holder to multiple visits to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park and to use its attractions throughout the season. The personalized card must be presented at the Park’s ticket offices on each visit. On this basis, the cardholder will be issued with a wristband, which must be fastened around the wrist and which will allow them to pass through the entrance gates to the individual theme parks and the amusement park. The personalized card entitles the holder to receive one wristband per day on each day the park is open during the season. An unfastened wristband is invalid and does not entitle the holder to enter any of the theme parks or amusement park. The wristband can only be used by one person. It is forbidden to transfer the wristband to another person. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry to the Park by staff or may be asked to leave the premises.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the Park. Fire safety regulations must be strictly observed throughout the Park. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Visitors are only allowed to walk on designated paths. It is forbidden to climb or cross safety grilles, railings, barriers, fences, walls, and ropes marking walking paths. Touching exhibits is prohibited. It is forbidden to bring weapons and other dangerous items (guns, knives, chains, etc.) and glass bottles into the Park. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to bring bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, etc. into the Park. In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as rain, freezing rain, snowfall, hail, etc., there is a risk of slipping. In order to increase visitor safety, it is necessary to exercise increased caution throughout the Park by wearing shoes with non-slip soles, refraining from walking quickly or running, and using the existing handrails. Swimming and entering any water reservoirs throughout the Park is prohibited.
USE OF AMUSEMENT EQUIPMENT
Visitors may use the entertainment facilities available in the Park in accordance with their intended purpose. Please strictly follow the instructions of the staff. The staff has the right to issue a permanent or temporary ban on the use of a given facility, including an order to leave the premises, without the right to compensation, to persons who deliberately and knowingly fail to comply with the rules of use of the facilities and the instructions of the Park staff.
This also applies to attempts to push in line at the ticket office. Please understand that the use of entertainment equipment is subject to certain restrictions. Information on this subject can be found on the boards with the rules for using each piece of equipment. The user bears full responsibility for any damage caused by failure to comply with the rules of use of individual entertainment devices and for damage caused by their own negligence or intentional actions. In the event of a power outage due to a storm, gale, or other type of event, and the resulting downtime of the equipment, no full or partial refund of the admission fee will be provided. ZATORLAND Amusement Park reserves the right to suspend the operation of the entire facility and to ask all visitors to leave the premises without the right to claim a refund of the fees paid in the event of a sudden change in weather conditions that threaten the life or health of visitors to the Park. Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for their children.
SUPERVISORY OBLIGATION
We appeal to parents, legal guardians, and supervisors of organized groups to carefully fulfill their duty to supervise the persons under their care. ZATORLAND Amusement Park accepts no responsibility in this regard and no liability for damages in the event of any harm resulting from the negligence of parents or guardians. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for any damage caused by their charges. We ask parents and guardians to prepare their little ones for encounters with moving and roaring dinosaurs by explaining to them that these creatures are not real, but artificial, and that they should not be afraid of them. The park is not responsible for any consequences of children’s emotional reactions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZATORLAND Amusement Park is liable for any damage resulting from a culpable violation of these Terms and Conditions or caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of its employees. ZATORLAND Amusement Park is not liable for accidents resulting from factors beyond the Park’s control, for random events, or for deficiencies that were not noticeable despite the care taken to maintain the facility. This limitation does not apply to the liability of ZATORLAND Amusement Park in the event of a threat to the health, life, or physical injury of visitors. ZATORLAND Amusement Park is not responsible for the loss, destruction, or damage of personal items such as cell phones, cameras, earrings, etc. while using amusement devices or left unattended. Lost valuables, if found by Park employees, are handed over to the office and stored there until they are collected by their owners, but for no longer than 6 months. After this period, they are sent for disposal.
EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME
In the event that individual entertainment devices and motor vehicles need to be taken out of service, e.g. due to repairs, technical inspections, force majeure, or adverse weather conditions, no refunds will generally be given for fees paid by visitors.
REPORTING DAMAGE
All amusement devices at ZATORLAND Amusement Park are carefully maintained and supervised. If, despite this, a user suffers damage (material, personal, or other) through no fault of their own, they should report it to the Park office before leaving. Please also report any incident if there is a reasonable assumption that damage may occur at a later date as a result of the incident. Claims for compensation are excluded if, while it is possible and feasible to report the incident during your stay at the Park, the report is made only after leaving the premises.
ADVERTISING AND OFFERING GOODS AND SERVICES
Advertising and offering goods and services throughout the Park, including parking lots and areas in front of the Park entrance, are permitted only with the prior written consent of the facility manager. This also applies to conducting public opinion polls and counting visitors within the Park. Agitation and demonstrations on behalf of organizations, unions, interest groups, and other initiatives, using any means whatsoever, are prohibited within the Park and inside any entertainment or transport facilities (water trams, etc.). Such actions are subject to sanctions without exception in the form of expulsion from the Park, civil and legal liability, and reporting to the police for disturbing the internal order.
RIGHT OF THE FACILITY OWNER
ZATORLAND Amusement Park has the right to remove from the Park premises, without compensation, persons who do not comply with the provisions of these Regulations or who are present on the premises without a valid ticket. Any person who disturbs other guests, uses the amusement facilities in the amusement park in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, fails to comply with the instructions of the park staff, fails to respect the mandatory signs, or otherwise disturbs public order may be expelled from the Park without the right to a refund of the admission fee. ZATORLAND Amusement Park has the right to use video materials and photographs of people and objects located within the Park for promotional and marketing purposes.

Rules and Regulations of the Zatorland Park
The safety of our guests is our top priority, therefore all visitors are requested to read these Rules and Regulations before purchasing an admission ticket and to abide by them. Admission to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of these Rules and Regulations.
CAR PARK
Our car park is paid and unguarded. The entrance gate opens automatically and doesn’t provide the parking tickets. You need to pay and collect the parking ticket at the parking machine located in fornt of the main entrance to the park or at the ticket office. The collected parking fee applies to the vehicle parking on a given day until its departure. Leaving the car park and returing to it on the same day requires a new parking fee. The initial 15 minutes of car parking are free of charge. The provisions and traffic signs of the Polish Highway Code are applicable in our car park. In order to ensure a collision-free movement, drivers are obliged to follow the car park crew instructions. Parking vehicles is permitted solely within the provided for this purpose parking spaces. Any vehicles left in a red-zone and disturbing the traffic will be moved at the cost and risk of its owner. Before you leave your car, please make sure that the door, the boot, the windows and the sunroof have been closed and that all valuable things have been taken from the car. Besides, the drivers are obliged to make sure that there are no flammable materials, including cigarette lighters that can pose the source of igniton due to heating or overheating. Leaving animals in vehicles parked in our car park is strictly forbidden. ZATORLAND does not bear any responsibility for damages of the vehilcles parked in the car park belonging to the park which result from the vehicle owner’s or holder’s fault, including theft, damages caused by third parties, fire etc. This also applies to the damages caused by force majeure such as: thunder storm, fire from the source other than the vehicle, hailstorm, explosion etc. and by other unforeseeable events. The exclusion of the right to compensation does not apply to the damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the park’s staff. Claims for compensation will be accepted on condition that they are reported to the park’s representative before leaving the park on the day of the incident.
PRICES
Entry to ZATORLAND Amusement Park is possible solely through the designated gates upon a valid ticket. One day ticket is a band strapped on a wrist (controlled on entry to every theme park and to the funfair). The unstrapped band is invalid and its holder is entiteled neither to enter any theme park nor the funfair. One wristband is dedicated to one person only. Taking the wristband off or damaging it causes loss of validity of the ticket. Two-days ticket is a band strapped on a wrist (controlled on entry to every theme park and to the funfair). People inebriated or intoxicated or acting inappropiately or aggressively may be banned to enter the park or be requested by the staff to leave the territory of the park.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
There is ban on dogs and other animals in the Park. Visitors are requested to follow the rules of fire protection within the whole territory of the Park. Smoking is permitted solely in areas appointed for that purpose. Visitors are requested to walk along the appointed pathes. Climbing and crossing the safety grates, fences, railings, walls and rops separating the walking paths is forbidden as well as touching the exhibit. Bringing firearm and other hazardous objects (pistols, knives, chains etc.) and glass bottles to the park is forbidden. For safety reasons, bringing to the park bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates etc. is forbidden. In case of bad weather conditions, such as rain, freezing rain, snow, hail etc. there is a hazard of slipping. In order to increase safety of the visitors it is necessary to keep precaution at the territory of the whole park by wearing footwear with slip resistant soles, giving up running or rapid marching and using the railings. Swimming and stepping in any body of water within the whole territory of the park is forbidden.
TAKING USE OF THE AMUSEMENT EQUIPMENT
Our visitors can take use of the available amusement equipment located in the park in accordance with the intended purpose of every individual ride. You are requested to adhere to the staff’s advice. People who deliberately and consciously do not observe the rules about using the amusement equipment and do not adhere to the staff’s advice may be temporarily or permanently forbidden to take use of a given ride, including the request to leave the territory of the park and excluding any compensation. This applies also to the visitors pushing through others queuing to the ticket office. Please understand that taking use of the amusement equipment is subject to specific rules. Each of our rides is outfitted with a board with the rules of use placed on the protecting fence.
Users are held responsible for damages resulting from non-adherence to the rules about using the amusement equipment despite the admonition by the park’s staff and for damages resulting from their own fault, negligence or intentional act. In case of blackout, storm, thunderstorm or any other hazardous incident independent of the park, a shutdown of the amusement equipment will be launched for safety reasons and the park does not bear any responsibility for such disturbances. In such cases any refunds for tickets will not be possible. ZATORLAND reserves the right to stop working of the entire object and to request all visitors to leave its territory in case of a sudden change of weather conditions or a break-down in the park, i.e. in case of health- or life-threatening incidents. Taking use of the amusement equipment, playgrounds and similiar objects located at the territory of ZATORLAND shall be in accordance with the purpose of such a device or infrastructure. Parents and legal guardians are held fully responsible for their children and are obliged to look after and supervise their proteges during the whole stay in the park. People with health burden, suffering from irregular heartbeat and blood circulation disorder etc. as well as pregnant women take use of the amusement equipment on their own responsibility.
OBLIGATION OF SUPERINTENDANCE
All parents, legal guardians and group guardians are requested to fulfill the obligation of superintendance over the children staying under their care. ZATORLAND does not bear responsibility in the above field as well as in the field of liability for damages resulting from any fault or dereliction of superintendance of parents or guardians. Parents and guardians bear full responsibility for all damages caused by their charges deliberately or against the rules of use of the amusement equipment. You – parents and guardians are requested to prepare your children for the encounter with moving and roaring dinosaurs by explaining them that the reptiles are false and that they do not need to be scared. Our park does not bear any responsibility for the emotional reactions of our litlle guests.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZATORLAND bears responsibility for all damages resulting from culpable violation of provisions of these Rules and Regulations and caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the park’s staff. ZATORLAND does not bear responsibility for incidents caused by factors outside its control, for random events and for shortages that were invisible despite the care for the object. This limitation is not applied to the Park’s responsibility in case of risk to the health or safety or personal injury of the visitors. ZATORLAND does not bear responsibility for loss, destruction or damage of belongings such as mobile telephones, cameras, earrings etc. whlie taking use of the amusement equipment or left unguarded. Every vualuable thing, if found by the staff, is delivered to the park office and kept there until it is collected by the owner, however, not longer than for 6 months. After that period, if not collected, it is disposed of.
EQUIPMENT SHUTDOWN
In case a shutdown of single rides is necessary for example for maintenance reasons, technical inspection, force majeure, bad weather conditions, basically the refund to the visitors is not justified.
DAMAGE REPORT
All amusement equipment in ZATORLAND is thoroughly maintained and inspected. If, in spite of this, the user suffers damage (damage to property, personal injury or other) not of his/her fault, they should report the damage to the park office before leaving the park. Visitors are requested to report also situations which are presumed to cause damage at a later stage. Damage claims reported after leaving the territory of the park, will not be taken into account.
ADVERTISING AND OFFERING GOODS AND SERVICES
Advertising as well as offering goods and services within the territory of the park, including the car park and the entrance area, are permitted solely upon a written consent of the facilities manager. This applies also to conducting surveys and counting the visitors. Agitation and demonstration in favour of organizations, unions, communities of interests by use of any kind of menas are forbidden both at the territory of the park and inside any amusement equipment or means of transportation (e.g. motorboats, water bikes etc.). The actions shall be subject to sunctions such as expulsion from the park, civil law reponsibility and reporting public disorder to the Police.
RIGHT OF THE FACILITIES MANAGER
ZATORLAND has the right to expel from the territory of the park, without any compensation, anybody failing to follow the rules of these Rules and Regulations despite the admonishment by the staff as well as the visitors whose behaviour threatens their own safety or the safety of others. This rule is also applied to visitors entering the park without a valid entrance ticket. ZATORLAND has the right to use for promotional and marketing purposes the photos of people and objects staying
at the territory of the park at the time of making photo and video documentation.

The Moving Dinosaur Park is the biggest attraction of this type in Europe! Every child loves dinosaurs – in our Park your child will set off on a journey to prehistoric times, when great reptiles ruled the earth! He will see his favorite specimens, see how they moved and hear their menacing roar. Great emotions guaranteed! In Zatorland Park dinosaurs they are really gigantic, and the largest of them – Argentinosaurus – is 35 meters long and would reach the fifth floor.
Jurassic Amusement Park is full of interesting reptiles – more than 100 dinosaurs, including 17 families, are waiting for little explorers. While walking along the educational trail, your child will get to know all the dinosaurs and find his favorite.
In the Park of Mythology, your child can go on a cruise in the footsteps of Greek gods and heroes! The picturesque landscape, a beautiful pond and the sun create the background for the stories of ancient beliefs! As many as 46 figures show the most important characters and terrifying creatures from Greek stories. After a dose of knowledge, it’s time for sports struggles – little explorers can “Conquer Olympus” in as many as 3 rope parks! Taking care of the safety of the youngest, we have adapted each of them to a different age. So your child can choose their favorite obstacle course and feel the fantastic excitement of climbing their own Mount Olympus.
In the Insect Park, your child will be able to see as many as 28 enormous human-sized insects, thanks to which they will learn about each element of the insect structure. In addition, a lot of fun awaits him – a road traffic town where children will learn the rules of safe road traffic while racing with fast cars, a mad scientist’s house where you can explore the mind of a genius, or RobalCoaster, where you will feel adrenaline and wind in your hair !
Lunapark – entertainment center for children – offers carousels, 5D cinema and some interesting simulators. Your child will be able to unload their energy here and experience unforgettable adventures under your care.
Park Zatorland offers a cheap weekend getaway in Poland. This amusement park also has a rich dining area and the possibility overnight. Zator offers comfortable holiday homes for the whole family.
